Admissions
How to apply
There are six steps between a first conversation and your child's first day. Here is what happens at each one, what we ask of you, and when anything is charged.
Step 1. Talk to us
Register your interest, or email our admissions team with any question. We are glad to explain how the school works, what your child would study and what the classroom looks like before you apply.
Step 2. Check the rules where you live
Quadranza Academy is a Pakistan-based online school. If you live outside Pakistan, please check with your education ministry, and with a local exam centre, whether full-time online schooling and Cambridge O Level exams are open to your child before you enrol. The school does not confirm legal eligibility on a family's behalf.
Step 3. Apply online
Before you start, please have ready:
- your details, and your child's details as they appear on their passport or ID;
- the country you live in, and the country where your child is likely to sit exams;
- your child's current or most recent school and curriculum;
- recent school reports, if you have them;
- anything that would help us support your child well, including any learning needs.
If there is an application fee, it is shown before you start.
Step 4. Take the free admission test
Your child takes a short online admission test. The results are sent to you by email, and our admissions team reviews them before deciding on a place.
Step 5. Receive your written offer, and decide
If Quadranza Academy is the right fit for your child, we send a written offer. It sets out:
- your child's grade and start date;
- your child's school week;
- the total fee and the payment schedule;
- refund and withdrawal terms.
To accept, you agree to the terms and give the consents your child needs to join the school. No fee or deposit is charged before you have seen the full terms.
Step 6. Get ready for the first day
Before the first day, you and your child receive your EdBanz logins, an introduction to the online classroom and a welcome to the school.

Entry and placement
Finding the right grade
Every child arrives with a different story. Placement at Quadranza Academy looks at what your child has learned and how they learn, not only at their age or the grade on their last report. The free admission test helps us agree the right starting grade.
Grades and ages
| Quadranza Academy grade | Usual age | Equivalent in England |
|---|---|---|
| Grade 5 | 10 to 11 | Year 6 |
| Grade 6 | 11 to 12 | Year 7 |
| Grade 7 | 12 to 13 | Year 8 |
| Grade 8 | 13 to 14 | Year 9 |
| Grades 9 to 11 (O Level years) | 14 to 17 | Years 10 to 12 |
English. Lessons are taught in English.
Moving from another curriculum. Families may join us from Pakistani, British, American or other national curricula. We look at the subjects your child has studied, the admission test results and where the curricula differ, and we agree a starting grade together. If there are gaps to close, we tell you plainly what support we can offer.
Joining in the O Level years. Students who join in the O Level years need enough time to cover each syllabus before they sit exams. During placement we discuss subject choices, the exam timeline and where your child will sit exams.
Learning support. If your child has a learning need, please tell us in the application, so we can talk honestly about whether we can support them well.
Where you live. If you live outside Pakistan, check your country's rules on home education and exams before you apply.
